Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of Monday - Friday from 8 am - 6 pm European Central Time.
Couriers
We use FedEx, UPS or Dutch Post to ship our handicrafts. Normally, the Standard Economy Air Mail Post Service is selected to deliver our orders. Depending on the order value, a signature may be required at delivery. If we use an alternative shipping courier, we will notify you at the time of shipment. For more information, please get in touch with us.
Order Tracking
Choose our express service for super-fast delivery of your parcel. We will provide a tracking number for all orders. We will update you with the track & trace information once your handicraft(s) is shipped. Orders received before 3 pm (CET) will be delivered by 5 pm the next working day in most major European cities. Deliveries outside Europe are usually completed in four or five days.
Shipping Rates and Shipping Time
All orders > 150 € are shipped FREE of charge. For all other orders, the delivery fees are as follows:
For delivery outside the EU, it costs 15 € for Economy and 30 € for express postage. For delivery within the EU, it costs 10 € for Economy and 20 € for express postage. For delivery to the Netherlands it is always free of charge.
The table below shows an indicative time frame in days for different countries advised by Dutch post.
Back Orders
If an item goes on backorder, we will ship you the part of your order in stock. We will send you the rest of your order when the item becomes available. You will not be charged additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
